The blackout blind ordered is very good quality, however, the blind does not fit the recess. Recess measurement is correct however, the blind supplied is 2cm shorter than the recess, not the 0.4cm as per the website details. Response has been very slow and has not been resolved. Would not recommend despite good quality product

In her order, we received the following sizes 116cm x 112,5 cm (b x h).
According to the measurement instructions from a recess fitting, it is always 4mm smaller than the size specified in the order. So, the blind has the following dimensions 115,6 cm x 112,5 cm.
On the 14th of Mai, we get the information that the blind is 2cm too small. We received two photos where we could easily see that the blind is 114.2 cm, only these photos are measured without the mechanisms.
We ask new pictures and received these on the 23the of Mai.
Then the blind was 115,3 cm, but the photos were measured again without confirming the mechanism.
To check the order again, we have asked to send back the blind at her own expenses.
Until now, however, we didn´t receive anything yet. Knowing that we measure and check each order before shipment to the customer, we strongly regret her comment.
